How to use the arm wrap

Step 1 Prepare
• Make sure the area is clean and free from oils and creams, to allow maximum absorption of the CoolSlim Wrap Paste

Step 2 Apply
• Apply a thin layer of the CoolSlim Wrap Paste directly to the arms.
• Slide on the Coolherbals CoolSlim Waterproof Arm Belt to each arm. Pull until arm belt feels tight and secure, but it is not too tight

Step 3 Relax
• Relax for 30 minutes. You may sweat during this period but this is perfectly normal.
